INFLUENZA A AND B TESTS
A rapid qualitative test that detects Influenza type A and type B antigens directly from nasal swab and nasopharyngeal swab specimens. It is intended to aid in the rapid differential diagnosis of influenza A and B viral infections. Test results are read at 15 minutes.
Negative results are presumptive and it is recommended that these results be confirmed by viral culture or and FDA-cleared influenza A and B molecular assay.
