 “After earning my associate degree in nursing from the Oklahoma State University in 2010, I entered the nursing world to explore my passion for health and wellness. I worked as a registered nurse along with attending school part-time until I received my master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2018. I then worked as a nurse practitioner in orthopedics and spine specialties.

I have always known that my heart is in family and preventative care so after a long and educational journey, I made the decision to open my own practice. I want to create an environment where patients are comfortable taking an active role in their own health care. At the end of the day, my patients and I will be on the same team to achieve our goals of them being their healthiest selves!”

"My nursing journey began in 2000 after earning my associate’s degree in nursing, and I have remained committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care throughout my career. I later completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2007, followed by my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in 2019. I began practicing as a nurse practitioner in 2020.


Over the past five years, my clinical experience has included primary care, neuropathy treatment, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and endocrinology. Caring for individuals with diabetes and thyroid disorders is one of my greatest passions. Supporting patients as they gain understanding, make meaningful lifestyle changes, and achieve improved health outcomes has been one of the most rewarding aspects of providing patient care. 


My philosophy of care is holistic and relationship-focused. I believe patients achieve their optimal health when they feel listened to, respected, and empowered. I strive to build strong, trusting partnerships with those I serve and work together to create individualized care plans that align with their health goals. My commitment is to ensure every patient feels supported and confident throughout their healthcare journey."
